This always happens.. see I have to blog in an interesting style and the guy I copy on the email gets mad even though I am trying to help him. Would I like to be nice?  Hell yah but they never listen.. it is my curse..

1.  Groups are kind of dead.  The facebook fanpage offers you a much higher intigration into the users profile.  The "fan" is huge plus after 25 fans you can choose a vanity URL.  Not to mention you can add apps to your fanpage.  Trust me you want a fanpage and I guess a group.  I mean I have one but I get much more user interaction in a fanpage.. well actually it is my app page. 

2.  http://www.justagame.ca/  Your website should highlight your social URL's.  You want your fans to tell their friends and that is why social networks are so important. 

3.  Twitter Background:  Jason you deserve better than that tired twitter background.   Don't you think you are more kickass than that background?

4.  Ustream:  Why wouldn't you do all your shows live on ustream?  Partner program which means if you just get enough people to sub you their, sub you the same way people sub rockstars who release videos on ustream http://www.techcrunch.com/2009/11/17/shakiras-stats-dont-lie-facebookustream-music-video-debut-is-a-hit/  

5.  YouTube:    http://www.youtube.com/user/TheYoungTurks  again he makes money off his show and ads just like you but he also makes money off youtube...

6.  appmakr.com  this is just cool, when you conside it would cost you $10000 to get your own app.  $200 to build your brand.. to get your podcasts sent straight to an iphone or itoouch.. dam.. and you can add ads...

Yes I was being an ass but that is because you have to be today with your industry.  The people went to marketing school did before social networks..  I use to love listening to your show but now there are so many ads.. most suck...

You can nitpick about the two things you pointed out.. you can nitpick at my arrogance.. I could tell you that I use to be nice.. I use to email companies all the time about things they could do to make more money... but you wouldn't care.. and frankly branding is something in this new world I just get.. 4 episodes of depression in my life.. learning to connect to people online.. using social networks 18 hours a day which is very unhealthy has taught me everything I want to know..
