Rocco,A lot of people struggle with the expectations of those who care about them. You are angry at your parents and teachers because they want you to do well. It may get frustrating but at the same time they do it because they care. You are not alone in what your going through. It is actually very common where parents say you can be anything you want until you turn 18teen then they say you should do this or that. My suggestion to you is don't make it emotional. From what I can tell you have trouble controlling your emotions and so this will take work. Let them have there say and Luis they are not wrong. You cannot depend on just your music. That is a 1 in a million shot considering you never send me any of the media I ask for..argg... I am not saying give up on music either.. just have a plan B.. always have a plan B in life cause you never know what will happen. If you couldn't do music then what would you do? Think about it.. Also a lot of times you talk bigger than you are which is what young people do.. nothing wrong with this but it makes it hard for parents and teachers to believe in you. We are all like that in highschool because we think we have to be all cool.. but in a year you will get out of school and realize everything in highschool was a joke.. So what I want you to do this weekend is research any wheres in the world 5 things you might enjoy doing other than music and then find out what type of education it takes to do that. I know it is boring but the whole idea is to see what is out there... Don't worry we will still work on getting your music going.. but have a plan B..
